“Very convenient and enjoyable location”

“Room was clean upon arrival. Breakfast was good. Staff was efficent and respectful”

“I was pretty disappointed overall with this property receiving such high scores. The front desk personnel were young and rude and distracted, check in was slow too busy chit chatting with each other. Our shower door was off square therefore it leaked all over the floor. Bed was ok, AC was extremely noisy but functional, TV was large and selection was good no Microwave in room is very inconvenient for a stay. The food very mediocre and tasteless usual fake eggs, cheap precooked paper thin...

“Highly recommend”

“great place”

“The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!”

“Beautiful hotel^^”

“great location and room condition”

“It’s a modern, safe, and clean place! I like it very much. If I visit Phoenix again, definitely I will return to this hotel.”

“I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back.”

“Had a great stay. Room was clean and well appointed. Close to downtown Old Scottsdale.”
