I just checked out today and we had the BEST TIME! They upgraded us from a 2 bedroom suite to a 4 bedroom 3 bath family suite and gave us late check out. Cedric and the last from Kansas City (sorry i did not catch your name) were welcoming and professional. As always, stay bridge is well thought out, clean, and convenient. As strange as it sounds, the elevator has a gong sound upon arrival that feels very nice.
