Hyvä hotelli kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Hotellissa oli samaan aikaan paljon ryhmäseurueita, mutta esim. uima-altaalta löytyi hyvin tilaa silti. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja kattava.

A very nice stay in a charming location. Sitia has an excellent beach and a bustling waterfront just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is good and the staff are extremely obliging.

Wunderbares Hotel in Sitia
Chatmantes Hotel, mit vielen Pools und Grün, köstliches und vielseitiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, schnelles WiFi. Das Hotel ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum von Sitia gelegen. Sehr ruhig, toller Blick auf die Bucht uns das Meer. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Jederzeit wieder!

This was an excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Spa offered luxurious and relaxing treatments which added to my overall holiday experience. I would recommend it to anybody looking for special Greek destination.

Great location, friendly staff, very nice hotel. Three tho gs that could be improved. - workout machines in the gym are way outdated for a 5 star hotel - seems that the floors in the rooms do not get sweeped very often. There are piles of dust and dirt, especially in the corners - very difficult for vegetarians to find enough to eat at the buffet besides just same salads every day.

Déception
Séjour malheureusement gâché par la présence dans notre chambre d'une multitude d' insectes piqueurs qui nous ont attaqué toute la nuit. Nous avons dû demander à l'accueil une crème pour soulager nos piqûres et ils avaient en effet le remède. La plupart des établissement où nous avons été en crète avaient des moustiquaires : nous avons été surpris qu'un établissement 5 étoiles n'en dispose pas. Par contre les buffets sont assez extraordinaires.

Top Empfang, mehrsprachig. Allerdings liegt der Fokus auf Franzosen, welcher vor Ort auch einen Stand haben (Reiseveranstalter). Top Mitarbeiter, toller Service - vorallem am Buffet!

Essen nicht 5 Sterne würdig.
Leider sind die Standardzimmer für die Buchung im Nebengebäude das schon älter ist als das Haupthaus. (Diese werden für Plattformbuchungen gebraucht). Frühstück buffet ist okay, jedoch fehlt für ein 5 Sterne Unterkunft klar noch das Angebot von gesunden Frühstück flocken. Alles was angeboten wurde ist klar übersüsst . Auch wird in der Auswahl eher auf Quantität statt Qualität geachtet. Säfte gibts leider nicht/ nur aus dem automaten . All diese die Allinklusive buchen , es ist nicht alles dabei und nur zeitlich limitiert. Das Angebot ist eher vollpension plus.

There were some mosquitos in the room. Have some itchy bites today. My husband could barely fit in the shower. Property is beautiful and very few signs there was just a 6.3 earthquake there. East access to the beach with free sunbeds. Nice beach for swimming.

Das Essen ist schrecklich für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Viel zu süss , zu ölig und ungesund. Leider gibts es als standard zimmer nur die alten räume am kinderpool …. Das Personal ist freundlich wird aber von der diktaorisches Direktion gebeutelt. Und zum schluss gabs noch ne Rechnung für Taxen… ( war das erste mal mit Hotels. Com)

Tres bon hôtel
Hotel tres propre avec un perso nel tres attentionné et souriant. Repas très corrects. Pour autant 2 machines à café c'est un peu juste il faut souvent faire la queue longtemps et elles se vident rapidement. Nous avons choisi un sejour sans voyagiste. Toutefois l'equipe FRAM et ses voyageurs sont un peu trop presents pour nous...animations dans piscine commune à tous, terrasse à l,apero et après le repas monopolisees pour les animations....du coup nous avons évité et sommes sortis manger dehors au moins 6 fois sur 15 jours...

Super séjour à l'hôtel Sitia. Le personnel est très aimable, disponible et parle français. L'aménagement est top, les piscines, le spa, l'organisation des infrastructures, le restaurant. Très bon emplacement dans cette petite ville calme et charmante. Et une super ambiance avec les autres voyageurs. Je recommande !

Decent hotel but not 4 stars standard
Great location near the bars and restaurant of the city centre. Bathroom was quite small - bed was comfortable - the breakfast had plenty of options but the quality was disappointing. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we preferred exploring a new place each day and had dinners in town. It’s a decent hotel but not the 4 stars standard you’d expect in Paris or London.

Enjoy Sitia and the region, well placed
The hotel is well placed, near to the beach and close to the city of Sitia. We made several trips p, to Vai, to richti gorge and to Karo Zacros. The weather was fine, we enjoyed the pool after our daily trips.

La salle de bain n'était pas de grande qualité. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien. El l’hôtel est assez bruyant le soir. Enfin, malgré une profusion apparente, la qualité de restaurant n'est franchement pas terrible. Sinon, le personnel est très sympa. Plusieurs piscines sont très adaptées pour les petits.
