Upon arriving there was large dance party with loud music that could be hear to the third floor. The crowd was so large you could not go onto the outdoor deck. The restaurant area was the same. No where to sit. We were taken to another area where wedding guests would be seated and had dinner. The subsequent days breakfast and dinners were excellent. Staff was gracious and caring. Limited parking but we were there on the shoulder season--no problem. This is a beach front hotel. There are really no other facilities for shopping etc. Need to head into Latina for this.

It was Great because we were on St. Valentines Day and they had a very special dinner with live music and the room was decorated with little paper hearts!

Great Hotel in Latina
This is our 4th/5th stay here so it is a pleasure to be back at the Fogliano - from the moment of arrival - the reception team were extremely helpful and assisted on a car we need to have parked in their area. The rooms were great and with sea view. The restaurants and food very good and consistently so. It was nice sitting watching the sea from the lovely terrace even when the weather was a bit cl

This is a beautiful property and during the season for the beach it would be great. While we were there the area was pretty much closed down, but we came just to go to the museum in the area. The staff was GREAT! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was also very good. The 2 large complaints we had: The dining room is very upscale and comfortable looking, but the music was so harsh, with the base turned up or something, that it was uncomfortable which interfered with our dinner. There was a party and at 11:20 on a Monday night there was a fireworks display. This was a poor choice by management, we thought. I was sound asleep and scared awake, which is unsettling. I heard a business person complain about the disruption in sleep. Maybe a warning or do it earlier or something.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, we were upgraded to jacuzzi suite which made for a beautiful afternoon. Dinner and breakfast were the best in our two weeks in Italy. Outstanding!

La Suite était géniale, l'hôtel et le restaurant bar, le personnel également. Seul point noir, nous sommes arrivés le samedi soir et il y a eu une fête au bar très bruyante qui a un peu gâché notre nuit et donc forcément notre séjour mais à part cela très bel endroit.

Väldigt fint rum med fin utsikt, skön säng med sköna kuddar, stor bra dusch. Väldigt god frukost med mycket att välja på, gott kaffe och en god tillagad omelett eller äggröra. Det va lite störande musik när vi skulle sova men vi hade balkongdörren öppen så havet överröstade musiken

Struttura moderna e molto elegante sulla spiaggia
Ho soggiornato per due notti in questa struttura molto bella a pochi km da Latina e sulla spiaggia. Arredamento moderno e molto curato, servizio impeccabile e ottimo ristorante con una veduta sul mare davvero mozzafiato. Unico neo (relativo) la mia camera, posta all'angolo, che era un po' freddina e umida. Personale gentilissimo e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Wonderful experience - in hidden gem!
Most impressive place to stay - Not much to do in the near vicinity only - coming from Denmark we enjoyed the beach with no stones and the sea (swimming in a wonderfully clean and not to cold water) and long beautiful barefooted walks. The service of the hotel was super fantastic - and the food in the restaurants were world class at reasonable prices. The room had a beautiful view was cleaned to perfection every day. If you are looking for relaxation and great walks on the beach

Hotel molto bello, fronte mare con spiaggia privata. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente di cenare presso il loro ristorante ed anche la colazione è ben curata ed abbondante. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Latina soggiornerò nuovamente presso questo hotel!

La struttura è molto bella, nuova e arredata con molto buon gusto. La mia camera, sia pur senza balcone, aveva una bella vista sul lago ed era ben insonorizzata. Peccato che a tarda sera si sentisse la musica da discoteca del locale annesso all'hotel e molto frequentato soprattutto da giovani. La finestra non è dotata di zanzariera, sicché aprendo entrano le zanzare, ma sarebbe necessario poter arieggiare per far uscire un leggero odore di muffa che davvero stona con il resto. Altra nota dolente in camera la mancata pulizia del frigo bar, che in tempi di Covid e non solo sarebbe più che opportuna. Il ristorante è un fiore all'occhiello: cucina gourmet davvero interessante, personale gentilissimo e prezzi adeguati. Unica nota stonata l'acustica: pur non essendo del tutto piena la sala, il brusio dei commensali (qualcuno davvero non molto educato che parlava animatamente a voce alta) e la musica del piano bar all'esterno non avrebbero propiziato di certo una cena romantica, mentre la vista del mare all'esterno è stupenda. La spiaggia è molto stretta (ci entrano a malapena due file di ombrelloni) ma non è colpa dei gestori. Anche qui la clientela (specie genitori con bimbi al seguito) potrebbe essere un po' meno rumorosa e invadente... Nel complesso comunque una bella esperienza e una nota di merito al personale tutto. P. S. Una mensolina nella doccia per poggiare bagnoschiuma e shampoo sarebbe necessaria...

Absolutely amazing
I had such a beautiful experience during my stay here and I can say that it was so unfortunate for me that I had to stay just one night. Everything from parking to rooms, wifi, and breakfast were so good. The staff was also really kind and helpful. For dinner, we had a DJ on the terrace which made everything even better.

Sicuramente la struttura più bella e curata di tutto il litorale laziale! Sono diversi anni che ci concediamo una o due notti con nostro figlio e stiamo sempre benissimo io adoro le vasche calde jacuzzi e prima del tramonto cerco sempre di essere lì per godermelo!la cucina è speciale quanto l’hotel ! Il vistamare ha un servizio impeccabile ma che non mette a disagio(cosa alquanto rara) la cena gourmet esperienza unica(hanno anche un menù per bambini)! Bella anche la colazione mi trovo sempre a guardare con fascino e invidia gli stranieri che con un piatto salato accompagnano con vino bianco o prosecco prima di passare a frutta e dolci ..io che a colazione voglio solo il caffè alla fine mi concedo un ottimo cornetto!consiglio!(le camere hanno vanity set con limetta bastoncino di legno schiuma da barba rasoio dischetti struccanti coton fioc spazzolino e dentifricio cuffia x la doccia..ciabatte infradito asciugamani per la spiaggia ciabatte per la doccia accappatoio ..oltre i classici prodotti per lavarsi.. insomma io porto solo noi e poco altro quando vado..una grande comodità )

Beachfront beauty
Magnificent location. Room was clean and comfortable with a good bed. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. The private beach was just what we needed for a relaxing family vacation.

Right on the beach, peaceful and quiet, big room with a wonderful sea view. Love that the sun beds are reserved for you! The staff was just amazing, so helpful, kind and respectful.

A luxury boutique hotel with it's own beach
Fantastic stay in a wonderful hotel right on the beach. Staff were all fantastic making us feel welcome and couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was great and the included lunches were a class apart. Ate in the restaurant one evening and it was spectacular. We also ate at a local restaurant recommended by the hotel owner which was just a short bicycle ride away. We stayed for four nights at the end of a tour of Bologna, Florence and Rome and was the perfect way to unwind and recharge the batteries. Would recommend without any reservation. Fabulous.

GREAT location right on the beach, friendly and helpful personnel, clean, and spacious rooms (Junior suite), food ok, price ok (last minute decision), style a bit outdated (70s concrete,clean lines and open spaces) and still agreeable. "Pools" are 2 hot tubs on top floor with FABULOUS views of beach and sea.
