Breakfast was very expensive and of no quality Evening meal again very expensive and not much better in quality Self check in on arrival was hard work, it’s not what you really want to be doing after a full day travelling

No sound proofing as mentioned during booking time Airport shuttle was not included when travelling back to hotel and no explanation about it Price of dinner is too much Breakfast was good & room was clean too

Swiss Star Tower
The room is very old and in poor state. There was supposedly a fridge and a microwave but the plug it was hooked to didn't work so we couldn't make any of it work including some of the lights
