Don’t expect warm smiles at the reception; the front desk staff were rather expressionless. That said, the restaurant and bar staff were more pleasant and helpful. If you’re traveling around Iceland, it’s best not to expect typical hotel service as you’d find elsewhere. Still, this place was comfortable enough for a short stay and provided the basics I needed."

However, breakfast is separate, and the 10% discount price is ISK4,050 (=30USD=43,700 won), which is quite expensive. There were several CCTVs in the restaurant where I ate breakfast, but I wondered why there really needed to be CCTVs in the restaurant.
