"This trip was for myself and my niece from Montana. We both had a blast. We swam in the pool (it was a little chilly). We eat at the restaurant for dinner. The view from the room was amazing. We got to watch all the different type of ships sail in and out. I’ll be bringing my husband for a romantic getaway soon."

"Let’s start with the good stuff. The room was clean and spacious, and the valet staff was prompt and attentive. Unfortunately, there are some things that made me question whether I would book here again. The room was dark. Meaning that all the lights in the room were very dim. Some may feel this is “chic.” I do not. Also, the light switch for the headboard light was by the room door. So to turn off the headboard light, you need to get up out of the bed, go turn off the light, and then make your way back to the bed in pitch-black darkness. Also, and having worked in hotels earlier in my life, this one is a biggie — all the times I came in and out of the hotel, there was never a front desk person at the desk. Each time I needed something, I had to poke around the lobby and restaurant looking for someone. Maybe since it was a weekend they had a skeleton staff? Not sure. And the WiFi in the room had such a weak signal, it was unusable. The plumbing was a little weird, as every time my neighbor flushed their toilet, I could quite literally hear the water rushing through the walls. So, not great."

"It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best either. The staff wasn't overly friendly and seemed like you were bothering them. While the property was updated, everything just seemed a little grungy. Our shower drain was backed up so it would fill up with water when you took a shower. I overheard another woman tell the staff that her door handle was broken and the shampoo and conditioner was empty. So overall, it wasn't bad but just wasn't one of the best hotels I've been at."

"My room was fine and clean. When the sheets were changed, a stained sheet was put on the bed which was unpleasant so I slept in the other bed. I was shocked by the condition of the floor in another guest's room. The faux wood floor was damaged in numerous places. That room should have been closed for repairs. It would have looked bad in a two-star hotel. One elevator's control control panel was broken and ajar although all elevators worked well. Except for the stained sheet, my room was fine so I would call this an overpriced three-star hotel. Nice lobby, good coffee available in lobby coffee shop. Main floor restaurant looked nice but I never had chance to eat there. Great location for our purposes within easy walking distance of many things. Good restaurants nearby. I would call it an overpriced three-star hotel. If I was in Savannah again, I would look for something better for the price, although I could stay there again if nothing better was available."
