Breakfast was good. Especially liked to made to order eggs. Evening complimentary cocktails and snacks were very nice. Hotel lobby and halls were too cold! Bedroom was small. No place to keep suitcases other than on the floor in the living room area. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location to walk to places. Close to Enmarket venue.

Embassy Suites in Savannah is always great. Staff service and amenities are always excellent. My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and had a great time. Eddy at the front desk was so helpful, Embassy Suites is blessed to have him and many other wonderful people working there.

The room was clean. The staff were excellent! However, the building was ice cold for the first 24hrs, a bit warmer, but still chilly for the remainder of my stay. The thermostat was a challenge to operate and the room took several hours to warm up after the maintenance guy arrived. The breakfast was nice (as usual for Embassy Suites). The evening receptions were ok, The drinks were fine, but the hors d'oeuvres were weak. Several of the tables in the dinning area were unstable and rocked back and forth The center elevator worked intermittently, the phone in the in bedroom was inoperative, the door to the bedroom would not remain open without using an object (such as a trash can) to keep it from closing. Again the staff members were great!

Take advantage on the concierge - very knowledgeable when traveling to Savannah for the first time - got us great discounts on tours and attractions. Big selection for breakfast including made to order ommlets and pancakes. Free drinks every night at the bar during happy hour.

Breakfast was disappointing. There was a lot of people in line for food. They were out of plates, items had not been replenished. Things like the bread for making toast, bagels and English muffins. The juice kept running out, as did the sides like sausage and potatoes. But as stated, people were everywhere. Took 15 minutes to get my eggs. My daughter had to wait for yogurt. Food was good once we got it but the number of people seemed to be overwhelming for the number of staff working.

The hotel is very nice in general. Our room was great, spacious and comfortable. The location is pretty good, just slightly out of the historic district. It was easy for us to walk where we needed to go in the historic district. The breakfast was good but not great. Fruit and pastries were scarce. There was a long wait at the omelette station each day. The elevators are a big problem. There are three but one never worked and another only worked the first day. This, combined with the elevator being extremely slow, made for long lines. Parking in the structure was very easy and convenient.

We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites. Savannah was Absolutely Beautiful! This was by far our favorite place to stay. We were able to walk from the hotel and see all the sights we wanted. We would definitely recommend staying here. The Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Will be top of our list for next time!

$35 day parking, old squeaky furniture, tattered floors, carpet stains, comfortable squeaky bed, comfortable pillows, clean bathroom, breakfast good but the buffet staff is slow, had to wait on food replenishment, one staff said he cant wait for this to be over, in the historic area so one ends is run down the other end is nice, 1 pool umbrella for the entire pool, staff is friendly overall, overpriced.
