This property was so lovely, and we would stay there again. We booked through Expedia, so I don't think we had the option to add breakfast, but I would include that if we go back. It's very close to the lake, and there's a little Coop grocery store close by in case you need drinks and snacks. Highly recommend this hotel!

Family Trip to Lausanne

Beautiful historic hotel. Very comfortable and the receptionist was so helpful. The hotel is a series of four buildings. The upper building where I was is up a series of outside steps. When booking, you may want to request the lower building. The room was larger than you would expect of an older building.

Beautiful hotel by the lake and dog friendly

i had a wonderful 3 nights at this hotel. I have stayed here several times before for business but this time was as a short getaway with my husband and my dog. The hotel were very accommodating and gave me the room I requested (which I knew I liked from a previous stay). My dog got a comfy bed, a towel and a dish for water and food. The rooms are bright, clean, and we had a great view of the lake. I would stay here again.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location is great, service is great and the rooms are top. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I couldn’t swim since the pool was busy for two days which was a bummer but totally recommend

The room we stayed in was impeccably clean. It was well designed and was very well appointed. My only complaint would be that we were staying on the top floor and the room had low ceilings so there were many times that my husband (who is 6 feet tall) hit his head. My other complaint is that the parking garage was a bit inconvenient. There was a stairwell leading to the main property but there was water accumulating at the exit of the garage so we had to navigate not falling into a puddle and carrying our bags up the stairs. The pool was nice. The restaurant was delicious and had excellent service despite being understaffed. The location of the hotel was excellent being right by the waterfront. We were very close to the boat launch—which was lovely. The Hotel staff was very friendly and kind.

The staff was sub par and unfriendly, but the property amenities were pretty good. I really enjoyed the pool and the view from the room was nice. If you can't afford the Beau Rivage, this is a good second choice. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed being in the updated building.
