This was a very nice place to stay before an early morning flight the next day. It was only a 4 minute drive to the airport parking. We slept well in a spacious double room.

Eine sehr enttäuschende und insgesamt schreckliche Erfahrung. Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer war defekt. Trotz mehrfacher Meldung war es dem Personal nicht möglich, das Problem zu beheben, und uns wurde leider auch keine alternative Lösung oder ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Für uns ist es völlig unverständlich, dass ein Zimmer mit einer nicht funktionierenden Dusche weiterhin angeboten wird. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

We were greatful to the fact that there was a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The staff at the front desk, in the guest floors and in the restaurant were warm, hospitable and knowlageble. The berdoom and bathroom were spotlessly cleaned, the linen, bedding and towels were of top quality. Breakfast had several options that were great and coffee was delicious! Overall and excellent experience and would love to come back to get to know the area.

Situation intéressante juste à côté de l'aéroport avec navette gratuite la nuit. Tout le reste est vraiment très, très médiocre. Le pire est le manque de climatisation. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit avec une grosse chaleur dans la chambre. Restaurant relativement cher, pas de distributeurs de cafés, de boissons. Bref, je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wirklich top! In unserem Zimmer klebten aber ein paar plattgedrückte Fliegen an der Wand, nebst Popel. Die Möbel waren sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es blätterte etwas von den Möbeln ab. Der Teppich war auch fragwürdig. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und das Bad war auch grundsätzlich sauber gereinigt. Es roch leider sehr nach Abfluss.

Room was clean. Staff was amazing. The shuttle to and from the airport was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was mid. The only issue we had was the noise level. The walls are paper thin and you hear every single noise. We had some nocturnal upstair neighbors and it was brutal. Bring earplugs! You will need to have the windows open since there is no AC so the earplugs help w traffic noise too.

Beautiful property. Great good at restsurant. Room spacious and very clean. My only complaint is that too much noise from restaurant past midnight on a Sunday. We had flight to catch and noise kept us up. All restaurant noise should stop by 11 pm on Sunday. Otherwise we enjoyed,

The hotel had visible neglect. The hallway carpet in the public areas was badly worn and stained (and tipped in some places) and the furniture in our bedroom was in poor condition. (The surface of the desk was full of water damage peeling paint and there was a large patch of mold or yellowing on the ceiling that should have been replastered/painted. The hotel restaurant was recently renovated and looked nice.

I’ll start off with the staff was great and the restaurant was excellent. The room was old and worn out. The carpet was stained and dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. With no air conditioning (which is normal for the area) we had to open the windows. The room was directly behind the restaurant. At midnight the staff began shutting down the restaurant and were loud and yelling at each other. Moving chairs and whatever else through the area right below our open windows. The yelling at each other was the most annoying part. Maybe they have no idea how loud the echo was but we sat awake for quite some time before they shut up and left. We will definitely not stay there again due to the night noise and hot and old room. But again, the staff were great. The shuttle was great. Parking was great.

The breakfast was vastly over priced for what it was , breakfast was until 11am at 9.3oam there was little cheese and meat when we asked for some more there seemed to be confusion like but there is food there. £57 for bread rolls ,orange,coffee and some salami,cheese, that was 2 adults and 3 kids , unfortunatly a rip off. Still next time i know ,i would use hotel again as very good.

I liked the fact that I could park my car and there is a shuttle to take us to the airport and pick us up upon our arrival. This is convenient. However, they removed the car from where I had parked it , and I had left a protection on the windscreen because it was very sunny and hot, more than 30°C, and they didn't put this protection back, which takes 30 seconds. Thus, when we got our car back after 4 days, the seats and wheel were extremely hot. The bedroom was old, didn't smell clean, it smelt mouldy, the furniture was old and very used, the mattress was very uncomfortable. Therefore, I don't recommend the hotel, I recommend the car park, although I think they should pay attention to how the client leaves the car protected, and leave it the same way.

I truly have no idea how this hotel has so many 10/10 ratings. Maybe people literally want a bed and nothing else matters. The room: Upon walking into our room, we were greeted by a strong, dirty, musty smell. The carpets were stained and dirty, the walls were scraped and scuffed. Every single furniture surface was scratched, dented, water damaged, and/or peeling. There was severe water damage and discoloration on the ceiling, probably two feet across. The light fixtures were hanging off of the walls, with circuitry plates exposed. The inside of the closet was broken and help together with packing tape. I know that hotel rooms go through a lot of use and are not going to be perfect. But seriously every single thing was broken, dirty, stained, worn down, or damaged. The room definitely did not match the photos on the website. The amenities: none. No fridge, no ice bucket, no cups or spoons, no air conditioning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The position is perfect to reach Hahn airport. There’s a parking + shuttle at the hotel, or you can go by walking, or in 5 minutes drive. The bed and the bathroom are clean. The room is one of the creepiest I ever slept in: everything is abandoned and dirty. Humidity (likely a water leak) on the ceiling, the flloor carpet absolutely old and dirty, the whole furniture with scratches and holes, as if it went through a vandalic assault. In addition, we were assigned a room facing the restaurant, meaning that we were disturbed by people chatting until 10PM and beyond (not nice when you have to leave for the airpot at 3AM). If you just need a bed it’s ok, but don’t think of it as a real hotel.
