Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help.
Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though itโs a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace.
Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul.โ
โThe Staff, particularly Tatiana, the Manager, who at all times wanted to know if all was OK with our room. We were assigned the best room, with a fantastic view of the Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast area was a bit tight, especially at 8am, when the hotel opened for breakfast. The hotel is strategically located... all main points of interest in Istanbul were only 10-15min walk!โ
โ Excellent location. Very quiet night sleep - despite being so central - even while we had an appartment on the 1st floor. Exceeded our expectations. There are a number of steps/slope so not ideal for person with mobilty challenges.โ
โSince the hotel is located within a major historical site, it is convenient in terms of location, but there are also some inconveniences. For example, there is noise from the surroundings and traffic congestion. It was quite exhausting because I had to walk all the way to the hotel unless I contacted them in advance. The staff were friendly, and in particular, the bellboy Tolga was a fun and pleasant person.โ
โI really enjoyed staying here with wonderful staff, clean and comfortable room and convenient location. They even allowed us to check on early at 8:30 in the morning with upgrading a room with a view of Aya Sophia. Breakfast is also very good. I recommend this hotel if you have a plan to visit Istanbul. โ
