Great location, right in the heart of Sultanahmet. Lots of restaurants around. It's a small hotel, has right amenities for a short stay, and the staff is kind (thanks to Azugar). Their chef was out sick, so we had to go to eat breakfast at their sister hotel, which, I liked more than this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Royan Suites, and a big part of that was thanks to Cem and Ayşe. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms and spaces met our expectations for a boutique hotel and provided the cozy atmosphere we were looking for. The hotel’s convenient location also made it easy to explore Istanbul, adding to the overall experience. What stood out most, however, was the personal touch and care we received from Cem, Ayşe and Ozgur. They elevated our entire Istanbul trip, making it even more memorable and enjoyable. Istanbul GEM!

We had a great 4 night stay. The room was both spacious and immaculate (we also had a nice private terrace). Jem took great care with us from coordinating a driver to and from the airport to arranging for taxis both to and from places we visited ( highly recommend for safety). The daily breakfast is cooked to order and was a great start to the day. Location is also perfect very central in the historic district.
