세번째로 자쿠지와 친절한 서비스, 저희 부부 방문시에 조금 일찍 도착했는데 마침 방이 준비되어 있어서 빠르게 짐을 풀고 멋진 뷰까지 감상, 이후 일정을 잘 소화할 수 있었고, 에귀디미디를 바라보며 하는 자쿠지는 QCterme온천보다 따뜻해서 여행의 피로를 녹여줬어요. 게다가 뒷마당까지 사용 가능한데, 그 흔들의자에서 바라보는 경치도 정말 아름답습니다.

I was glad I could leave. When this kind of inconvenience is going on, I think facilities need to inform guests before they come. And when I tried to complain, the Hotel was not ready to listen and the front kept yelled at me ‘ the workers speak Italian and we cannot do anything!’ So I decided to leave as soon as possible. It was a painful experience."
