“We used this property as a pit stop to the Twilight River Boat Two-day cruise. It's located less than a mile away. Being next to the mighty Mississippi river, there were many insects hanging around our car. But this would never stop us from staying here again.”

“The front desk staff answered all my questions and were helpful. The room I stayed in was quiet and clean. It had a no frills vibe. I did like the hand soap they provided. My hands felt soft and clean after using it. Outside the hotel in front it looked like work was being done on other businesses. The outside had a sketchy vibe, but I didn’t experience any issues.”

“Staff and room were great. My only concern is the difficulty opening the door from the stairwell to the second floor. The door dragged on the carpet and was extremely hard to push/pull open. In an emergency this could be disastrous. I don’t know about the other doors, but I expect the same problem exists.”

“Unfortunately, this was one of the least enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The room appeared old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The pillowcases looked worn and stained, the carpet felt dirty, and several of the bed linens were torn. The bathroom was especially disappointing. The shower had visible rust, and the water never became more than lukewarm. Sleep was also difficult because the blackout curtains did not properly cover the window, allowing bright outdoor lights to shine into the...

“The outside looks great but once I opened the door to our room we were greeted with the strong horrible smell of cat urine!!!! Had to use half the bottle of dawn air freshener to get the room to a tolerable smell. The tv in the bedroom only had 4 working channels and the tv in the living room had no working remote! Pool was great and will stay for breakfast maybe I’ll add another review if it’s great if not won’t be another review.”

“Staff was friendly and welcoming. Basically pretty clean, except for refrigerator ~ something had been spilled by previous occupants and had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Breakfast was good - decaf coffee was barely warm - some items had been cleaned out by the early leaving guests and not replenished.”
