“Very nice staff and the food is excellent. The room is spacious and clean but we’ve been a bit disappointed by the bathroom, the shower and hair dryer look like the one there are in hospitals (shower without curtain or wall, it’s hard not to flood the bathroom, hair dryer mounted to the wall). “We have walked past this hotel many times over the years and were looking forward to staying. Unfortunately the experience did not match the expectation. The lady manager was not helpful, she did not offer any help with the luggage( we had three big bags - skiing stuff is bulky!).
