"We were travelling on a road trip between Normandie and Bretagne and found this little Precious gem in the middle of Pontorson. Located 5 minutes walk from the train and bus station, the room was decorated with great care and was super comfortable and clean. The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind to meet our needs and were also helpful in giving us advice and recommandations. The breakfast was excellent, with local products and tasty delicatessen. "Can’t check in before 1600. Your names and allocated rooms appear on a list. Reception shuts at 1600. If you have a problem with your room there is no one to take ownership of the problem and resolve it there and then. We had an upstairs studio apartment which had a very small bedroom and awkward to get into bed because of the sloping roof. On arrival the blinds wouldn’t shut and the bathroom sink plug wouldn’t pop up. Both issues were resolved the next day. We are getting on a bit and didn’t expect a 1st floor studio apartment with no outdoor space but we should have read the small print on the website. It was hard to differentiate between the rooms on the website and what each offered. You had to trawl through the rooms individually and see if the blurb had balcony or picnic area. Pool wasn’t open when we were there but the location was nice and convenient for the town, restaurants and the pleasant walk to Mount St Michel."
