Cheap and cheerful

They were unable to process my credit card and therefore we had half an hour’s hassle checking in, despite booking in advance with the same card. Room adequate for the price but needed extra pillows and towels.

When we checked in they said the AC was broken and was going to be fixed the next day. But it wasn't. At least they gave us a fan to use in the room and free breakfast.

I DESERVE A REFUND

I could not get into the hotel, but they still took my money anyways. I messaged the hotel days in advance of my late arrival, as the hotel policy required for a late check-in. The hotel ignored me and did not reply. Hotels.com did not give me a refund either because its robot could not figure out how to do it. Very disappointed.

I want my money back.

It was awful. Unless you know what’s the deal with to stay in these “motel” type place, I won’t call this a hotel. There was only a tiny window, which is facing outside so I could not leave it open or even had to close the curtains all the time as people walk pass by in front. I woke up at 2am with group of loud talking voice outside the corridor. I couldn’t complain because there is no phone I could contact the reception, I don’t speak French I couldn’t tell them directly either. It continued until 4am. Then at 6am I hear a woman having sex very loud. I could not sleep at all, it was far from the bus stop with all the busy traffic. I really wasted a night there.

Le bâtiment est dans un état de délabrement choquant. On voit le ferraillage interne du béton des coursives . Notre porte de chambre fonctionnait très mal . Le dispositif de fermeture visiblement forcé s’ouvrait d’un coup d’épaule. La Clim est bloquée sur un réglage sur lequel on ne peut intervenir ….efficacité très insuffisante. Le personnel n’y est pour rien dans tous ces constats
