"The description doesn't match the reality. The place is run-down. The road is nearby, and the room is very noisy. Despite the stated private bathroom, there's only one for all rooms. The owner takes a deposit and then makes up excuses to pay as little as possible (flexible arrival, linen fee, etc.), ..."
