"Warning at the end! This was a lovely hotel in the heart of a charming town. The front desk person was an angel and the manager was great. Our room was spacious, compared to others we stayed in during this trip. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Very nice breakfast. The hotel only had 10 parking spaces and they were all occupied. Fortunately I was able to park on the street across from the hotel because it was a Saturday night and the parking ban there was not enforced that late or in the morning. Moral of the story: Get there as early as possible so you can grab a space. However, the garage is tight so try on-street parking if your vehicle is big."

"Terrible experience all around, we arrived late due to the airlines. No one was there, rang the bell several times. No one came, called the number, a guy answered, he said two minutes, waited ten minutes, no one came, called again, this time a woman answered, she said two minutes, waited another ten minutes, still nothing, called again, this time she gave us a code to get in the door and directed us to keys hanging on the wall via phone. Customer service in the south of France really is amongst the best in the world. My room was spacious and cool, nice views, hotel facilities were very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Provence. "
