This is the place to stay with new spacious rooms, steps to the old town and amazingly lovely staff. Breakfast was a real highlight - being an Australian to have eggs and avocado on toast! Molto bene!

Surprise!! a DJ party at the lobby

We had a smooth stay at the hotel, the breakfast was very good with many options but we didnā€™t know that there is a DJ party on Friday nights at the lobby which might disturb hotel customers. (They gave us ear plugs ???).

Lovely, super clean hotel with a back entrance inside the old town. Close to everything. Additional features: delicious breakfast a la carte and laundry room with washer and dryer--great if you have been on the road or after a day at the beach. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Amazing service

Extremely helpful staff, both at check-in and at breakfast. Great style/design of the hotel, and small features. Nice roof top area. Great location just on the edge of Old Town. Great freshly prepared breakfast.

Very good location. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions of the old town of Lecce. The facilities are impeccably clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room has all the basic amenities and the bed is comfortable for a restful sleep. Breakfast is Ć  la carte but it has various options and you can order what you want and as much as you want. Next time in Lecce, I will stay at this hotel again.

This was our second stay in two years and the hotel was simply delightful again. Staff is very helpful and thoughtful. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious and served quickly. The location is FANTASTIC, with such easy access to the beautiful walled city of Lecce! We forgot you have to reserve a parking spot so we were only able to get one on our second night there. And always ask for a balcony room- they are the best. Excellent customer service and best location!!

I was quite impressed with Arryvo. The hotel is modern, very clean and cute, and the staff are phenomenal. Frederica helped us upon our arrival, and was an utter delight. She helped us with making a restaurant reservation, and other recommendations. She is GREAT! Allesio was working the front desk on our following night there, and was also fantastic. He helped arrange a taxi for us for our check-out the following day. Extremely convenient and well-priced. The included hotel breakfast was far better than others iā€™ve had as a traveller in Italy. I recommend upgrading to include it! Thereā€™s a menu of delicious items to choose from, and the team member who took our orders and served was very pleasant, and efficient! The room was well-sized, and very clean, with a nice balcony. The beds are quite comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, with great water pressure. The hotel obviously caters to a younger crowd, so itā€™s a bit ā€œtik-tok chicā€ā€¦a little trendy, rather than classy. But, it all works and is cute! Itā€™s also very well priced. A few recommendations for an even better experienceā€¦ 1. The video on a loop on all the tvā€™s on the ground floorā€¦ itā€™s really, really annoying to see it over and over and over and over. There has got to be something else you can play to mix it up. 2. Literally nothing else. Just that video. Omg. Thanks to Arryvo and all who helped my dad and i as we were visiting beautiful Lecce.

Fredericka was so very cheerful & extremely helpful. She gets 6 stars for herself!! The room was very clean and the location is fantastic. You can walk out of the back door into the old city. The room was small & a very compact bathroom but the bed was firm & very comfortable, as were the pillows. The Breakfast had excellent choices & was made to order.

Great small hotel. Around the corner from the historic district. Staff was wonderful. Staff was very helpful in planning excursions/ taxis or transportation. Morning breakfast was included and was wonderful with many options and served. Would definitely return and recommend for visiting Lecce

A hotel that isnā€™t sure what it wants to be - a hotel or a hostel. Good quality room in general, comfortable bed, good bathroom, proper hairdryer etc. It was noisy at night - from the road outside and the cars and people passing and in the corridors from people coming and going and talking loudly. The doors are heavy and make a big noise when closed, accompanied by rooms that are not well sound insulated, added to it being the kind of hotel where young people stay and come back to the room very late, and our sleep was disturbed many times

Excellent hotel. The entrance is outside the old town, but the back door opens to the old town. Easy arrival and easy access to the sights. Very helpful front desk staff, delicious breakfast and good bar. And coin operated laundry on site. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the worst stay i have ever had. If i can caution you it would be do not risk your trip and stay at this location. There may be good reviews, but i fell for that as well. Disgusting rooms, horrible cleanliness. (Bed bugs were littering the beds). The staff is LAUGHABLE, they do not exist. and if you do see them they will do everything in their power to ruin your visit. It is disappointing that a place like this can be seen as a good place to stay in 2025. If you forget anything, they will keep it and lie to you about having it. Hilarious that this is still listed on expedia.
