it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy.

Super séjour, le lieu est magique et le personnel aux petits soins pour sa clientèle. Un grand merci. Un seul conseil peut être pour la cuisine vous devriez proposer des plats un petit peu moins élaborés et plus simples et traditionnels. Des fois à vouloir trop faire gastro ce n'est pas tjrs recommandé. Sinon tout était parfait! Merci

The property was quite challenging to find and our car GPS did not locate the 'hotel'...our phone GPS was better. It was also difficult to enter the property. This is a small property and our room was off a communal area. I liked the room (we were upgraded) and the location (very central). There are a few things which could be improved such as tea and milk (for those which like tea) and a decent map of the area. I enjoyed the description of the hotel and the history but more information on the local area would have helped

A lovely hotwl with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is typically Italian so don't expect cereals and a range of options you'd find in a large American chain. My only criticism is that the heating in the rooms (under floor) was too warm.

Great location...in the middle of olive trees. Make sure you take a walk/bike ride outside the property - the different crops are outstanding. Room was large. Onsite bar was comfortable and the bartender outstanding. The other staff could have been more friendly. Food was outstanding, but note the menu did not change the two nights we dined. Also the lunch and dinner menus are the same.

Oasis in Lecce with lovely garden

A peaceful oasis in Lecce, within the town walls, only a few minutes walk to most of the sights. The garden area was the perfect place to spend a few hours each afternoon resting and reading after a busy morning sightseeing. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were outstanding. The persimmon jam was a particular highlight!

Brand new hotel with an interesting history. The staff were exteremy friendly and helpful almost like personal butlers. Very attentive to every wish they went out of their way to show us another palazzo that the family owns that is an amazing property almost like a museum. The owners were there and personally made suggestions for restaurants which turned out to be excellent. İt felt more like staying at a friends house than staying at a hotel.
