โI booked this as a backup for the festival opening week and ended up being very pleasantly surprised. Sweet and warm welcome, extremely helpful staff. Nice atmosphere amongst travellers as well. I guess the bad reviews are either from an earlier period or people don't understand it's a hostel. I was very glad to see a fan spinning in the room at night as it was very hot. โExceptional Staff. Very attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, a tastefully restored Manor House in the centre of Arles. Clean, generously proportioned rooms retaining the original features of the old house/stable. We stayed in a premier room. It had its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is what really makes this hotel. A beautiful oasis in the city centre. Easy walking distance to the Roman remains. No restaurant on site but plenty to choose...

Ci era stata assegnata una stanza con il bagno ancora da pulire (sorvolo sulla schifezza che ci abbiamo trovato), poi sostituita con un'altra appena accettabile.
La colazione รจ di scarsa varietร e soprattutto qualitร , e comunque non viene mai variata (ogni giorno le solite quattro cose, e un caffรจ pessimo). Anche per questa poi vale la stessa...
