"Room on the small side but v clean, tidy, welcome tea / coffee. Free WiFi, safe in the room. TV. Bar / dining was fine and a buzzing atmosphere. Breakfast was great as much as you want and v good selection. About a 6 min walk from the train station with cases, but all outside. Access to Terminal 2 airport is about a 12 min walk either all outside or part outside basically back to the train station and then you can go inside if it was raining etc."

"The room had stylish decor , and was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a good sleep ready for my morning flight. The bar area had a good atmosphere, and a wide selection of food and drink l. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The only issue I had was the sign posting in the terminal around t3 to find it , but everything else was excellent"

"Expedia listing did not say the room I booked was basically a basement prison cell without the benefit of a window. Horrible. No one answers the phone at this property. When you call the number on Google you get charged, even if you hang up the moment you hear the voice saying you’ll be charged. Car Park blocked by bad parker , despite telling the front desk, car did not move so I had to park off site. Never stay at any hotel managed by this chain for the sketchy phone system alone. I have >£2 of charges which isn’t a lot of money in the big picture, but not something hotel guests should ever have to pay, especially when I hung up right away It was the local number I found that no one ever picked up. Bad."
