Der Zugang hat nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück hat uns ein anderer Gast die Tür geöffnet, sodass wir dann am Self Check in Terminal die Zimmer-/eingangskarte erhalten haben

Zimmer okay, im Bad keine Ablage vorhanden, die Matratze war extrem weich, da fehlte komplett die Füllung, Tür muss zugezogen werden, sonst bleibt das Zimmer offen. Aber sauber. Anmeldung katastrophal, bis 15 Uhr keine Zugangscodes erhalten, sehr unfreundlich und patzig der Kontakt zu 24/7. Auf Expedia keine Kontaktinfos zu 24/7 zu finden, zum Glück über die 24/7 Handy Nummer gefunden. Das kurz nach uns kommende Pärchen hatte auch das Problem. Für den "Selfcheckin" gibt's 0 Sterne. Für eine Nacht okay, mehr auch nicht, da gibt es in Leer sehr viel bessere Unterkünfte.

Alles Sauber! Schöne große Dusche 🚿 und freubdlicher Service! Auf anfrage haben wir sogar einen Wasserkocher bekommen damit man sich auch Kaffee, Tee oder 5min Terrinen machen kann. Vielen dank

Tolle Lage in Leer

Kleines Hotel direkt in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet, aber für ein paar Tage ist das o.k.. Es wäre schön, wenn ein Wasserkocher vorrätig wäre für Tee oder Kaffee. Platz dafür ist genug im Zimmer.
