Lovely old historic property with large public areas and wrap around verandah. Room was comfortable, fairly basic, but clean. Bathroom looked brand new and modern

Charming historic building
Comfortable room with all amenities. Very modern bathroom. Charming and historic reception/ bar areas. Continental breakfast included.

The character and old worldliness make for a unique stay. The decor is smart and fitting. Service cleanliness and a superb continental breakfast make a great place for a wonderful stay in the centre of Leeton.

Stayed at the Hydro for about a week in Nov, 2023 to visit family in Leeton and had a fantastic stay. Beautiful place with big spacious rooms, kitchenette well stocked, porch was lovely to sit on in big comfy chairs, staff super friendly, complimentary breakfast easy and simple, and bar is fantastic with delicious drinks and food and great hours. Highly recommend!

Hydro Hotel Leeton
A very comfortable, newly renovated hotel in the centre of Leeton. Staff were very friendly and attentive and the self-serve breakfast was perfect for our needs. The bathroom (in particular) was sparkling clean and new.

Loved staying in an historical building, over 100years old ,rooms were clean, new bathroom and continental breakfast offered a variety of cereals,etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful heritage Hotel….historical value for the Leeton community. Great country hospitality, nothing too much trouble. Convenient to all service amenities in the township. High standard of service and pride…would recommend.

Gorgeous early 1900s stately hotel with character and atmosphere. As well as a very comfortable and large room a newly refurbished bathroom. Plus great bar/dining room and best ever continental breakfast included.

This is a heritage property that is gradually being restored. The rooms that have been completed are excellent. Great stay for anyone interested in the history of the local area.

Main bedroom had no windows. The air conditioning did not spread into the alcoved single bedroom and the verandah screen door could not be locked so a very uncomfortable night.

This beautiful grand old lady is a wonderful piece of architecture and really worth a visit, just not on the weekend as it happens,, my husband booked as a loving gesture to me and we thought we could invite family and friends on the Saturday evening for drinks at the bar and a wood fire pizza as the website suggests - not so, we arrived to an empty building and read instructions to call Rose, which my husband did, this was when he was told the bar was closed for the weekend and no food was available, we were entitled to have breakfast which was cereal in a hutch in a room further on, we found our keys for the ground floor room with ensuite, while the room itself was clean and adequate we were still very much alone, all dressed up with no where to go was how it felt,, what a shame that such a brilliant resource for the Leeton town could be left to sit idle at quite possibly their busiest time, the weekend! we cancelled dinner and drinks with family, put our keys back where we found them and felt so disappointed we didn’t stay, it was only later we read previous reviews and sadly our experience is not a one off, while I appreciate what the owners are doing to keep this great lady in fine condition, I urge them to at least update their website.

What a gem of a find. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We stay at a lot of places and this outshines. You get the beautiful benefits of a well run service but also the history is embracing.

So great to stay in such an historic hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the suggestions for dinner and a drink were great. Ther new room fit out was excellent. Easy walk into town and the hotel is a great spot to watch the sunset over Leeton from the verandah We will be back. thanks.

Very helpful staff. Continental Breakfast was included and it addressed all dietary requirements. Well done. The rooms were adequate in size but the tall ceilings from this historic building made up for it.

The owner Anthony was extremely passive aggressive and does not know what customer service is. Throughout our stay our group of 8 rooms tried to steer clear of him. It’s a shame because the hotel is grand and was in the middle of a refurbishment which when completed will be great. The food was lovely in the restaurant as we celebrated a family reunion, however having him serve our meals was of concern. The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was great.

What a gem of a find. Travelling from Canberra to Adelaide and decided to stay overnight along the way. Took a risk on this Motor, being about 20 k's from the Sturt Highway. This will now be my 'go to' accommodation whilst travelling between Adelaide and Sydney/Canberra. Beautifully restore historic Motel with modern rooms and excellent meals served in a 'Pub like' dinning area. Leeton is a lovely town and worth he visit folks.

The property is a unique building full of old world charm. You can spend time just wandering around and soaking up the history. The rooms also have the historic charm but are completely modern. The bathroom is clean and completely renovated with a terrific shower. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were first class. The continental breakfast was substantial. The hosts were very friendly. A great place to stay.
