This hotel was amazing, the room was big, the bed was super soft and comfortable, the staff super helpful. 4 pools all beautifully maintained, pool bars were staffed well so not waiting long for drinks. Breakfast is huge with everything you could want or ask for, we ate dinner at the main restaurant that included the full moon ceremonial dance which was worth the money. Overall you definitely get what you pay for.

Expectations Exceeded What a brilliant hotel. Facilities and our room was fabulous. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff are super friendly. They can’t do enough for you. We would return in a heartbeat. Only criticism is that we feel that drinking should be better monitored around the pools. It’s sad when security is called!

I've been to Bali many times, but this is one of my favorite hotels. The hospitality was excellent and they responded to our requests with a smile. It's one of the hotels I'd like to stay at again with my family. Breakfast was a buffet, but there was a lot to choose from and the food was delicious. It was also ideal because you could access the ocean directly from the main pool. This is a hotel I would recommend. I'd like to stay at again with my family.

The property had a huge array of amenities but still had a homely, safe and welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff were very friendly and were the highlight of our stay! The facilities were wonderful, we never had a reason to leave the resort. We will definitely stay at the Padma again next time we come to Bali!
