“Indus Valley is over rated and expensive property. The only positive is location near to Leh main market. Food is super expensive but there are multiple restaurants like Tibetan Kitchen and Chopsticks noodle bar nearby ”

“I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. The amenities of the hotel made my stay comfortable. The location is convenient (2 mins walk to the main market). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a trip to Leh.”

“All in all a 3/5 star experience. Here is why: The Location was nice,but no better or worse than any other in the area. The facility was clean and spacious and the balcony view was very nice! That was very good. Staff was also friendly and trying to be helpful, they didn’t manage too well whatsoever. The water was only warm when I asked them to turn on the boiler. So every day I was showing ice cold for the first 5 minutes. Not very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner was ok. The food was alright but...

“Nice hotel about a 25 minute walk to main town area. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. The meals they cooked were also good. The staff tried to help us with getting some permits to see outside areas, but had difficulty; we ended up having to get it on our own.”

“The hotels itself had a warm welcoming environment. It had a garden with rose species, and other flowers at the rear. It even a vegetable garden we enjoyed looking at. The rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and the cook even made custom made food to our request. The owner of hotel was most accommodating and helped us plan our trips. We appreciated his taking time to advise us on our trips and even getting us in touch with the taxi companies to organize our trips. I would give it 6...
