"Not much to complain about. Place is well maintained. Staff is super helpful. POD was small yet comfortable and cleverly arranged to give me enough space to contain all of the luggage I had. Bed was comfortable. Only con was the lack of FREE hot beverages such as tea or coffee that you MIGHT get at other places. Other than that it is a very nice looking place in a very central location."

"The hotel room was a good size, well laid out with a desk/writing/laptop area, two chairs and table for coffee, plus hanging space and storage space for luggage. Facilities for tea & coffee plus a fridge and the ensuite facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly & helpful. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, although surprisingly, no toaster. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at the hotel; the only down side is it is some distance from the CBD, although the area is well served by public transport (train, tram & bus). We used the train; station was approx 800m from hotel."

"The room was great ! So well organized, design and peaceful from neighboring rooms. Staff was helpful and very accommodating during check in and checkout.We never had a chance to eat our breakfast because we need to be at the airport 3hrs prior and it was an early flight. The bar was superb, cozy ambiance and we have met a great man who took our orders, he’s an intern there …David is amazing person , he’s a from Philippines. Kudos to the admin and staffs, my only suggestion please provide more shuttle bus or makes a frequent trip not every 30mins only during busy hrs like early morning and night pick up from the airport, so much guests during those peak hrs"

"Very clean and spacious room, convenient distance from the airport. The dinner buffet was varied and delicious. The only negative experience was that instead of helping to make a reservation for the breakfast buffet, the restaurant staff instructed to make the reservation online, which required prepayment. Two people from my party were sick and unable to make it to breakfast. The restaurant was not busy at all early in the morning (plenty of empty tables). I explained the situation to the hostess and requested a refund for the 2 people, but she said that only the manager would be able to help. I was unable to speak with the manager, but the hostess later said that she was told that the refund could only be requested online. The website does not offer this option, so I brought this matter up at Reception and was given an email address for the restaurant manager. I wrote to the contact and received and out of office message until mid month, so at this time I have not been refunded and the hotel staff was unhelpful."
