“This was a fantastic place to stay! The location opposite the Menin Gate was brilliant. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay - close to great food and the town square. Lots of interesting military paraphernalia in the property made it very authentic. Clean, comfortable and easy. Benoit was so kind!”

“Uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Was uns gestört hat war das die Kinder sich einen langen Zimmercode und Gebäudecode merken mussten um wieder ins Gebäude und uns Zimmer zu kommen wenn sie mal zur Hüpfburg wollten.”

“Bien! Bémol...douche et wc ensemble,de l'eau partout...lavabo de la salle d'eau minuscule...mieux vaut l'enlever... Matelas un peu dur pour mon dos Garde-robe pourrait être rajoutée dans chambre:on ne sait pas où défaire sa valise. Porte du wc ne se ferme pas(petite réparation à faire...). Mal insonorisé par rapport à l'étage !: pas su faire une seule sieste efficace sans boules quies(enfants qui courent tout le temps en tapant des pieds...et...j'aime les enfants!:ai acheté des boules quies...😅...

“The flat was nice and cozy, in a great location, but we had a few negatives: The toilet sink had a harsh smell from the sewer, maybe it had not been used for long but it was quite distinct. We didn't want to turn on the heat during our stay, but we really could have used another duvet, my mom was freezing on the couch, and the blanket was not doing much. It would have been nice with some towels, don't know if I missed it in the description, but I forgot to bring my own.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Ypres. The Menin Gate was viewed from our property and attending the Last Post ceremony just outside our door was a truly memorable experience. The accommodation is spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was the ideal place for exploring Ypres and the surrounding battlefields.”

“Nous avons passé une nuit agréable dans l'appartement "Bruin". L'appartement est bien équipé, certaines peintures à revoir mais dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très content de notre court séjour. Le seul point noir est le canapé du salon, il est vraiment à changer car extrêmement inconfortable.”

“Average apartment in a prime location. Advert said that towels would be provided but owner messaged on the day of check in that we would have to rent the towels. And also pay extra for late check out. Never experienced that before at any holiday apartment or hotel. Just a nice fun fact to know before booking this place. Otherwise it was ok. ”
