What really made our stay was Putu who really went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met from day cooking us very tasty yummy breakfasts to organising transport, snorkel trips, being so kind and helpful. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel offers excellent amenities, and the airport shuttle was punctual and very convenient, making our travel stress-free. We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options, which had a great variety and were delicious. A special thank you to Mika and Isma for providing exceptional service throughout our stay. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our experience.
