We were expecting some toiletries (basic ones like soap, shampoo and conditioner), none was provided. Water heater not working. Toilet tissue was only half of the roll, not enough. Wifi was very weak.
Its not our first time staying in Tess & Tessha, we enjoyed our previous stays. But this time, we were somewhat disappointed. Eda (host) came in late to check us in. Maybe 45 to 1hr after we arrived.
No communication at all. Did not even bother checking on us if we needed anything, after she took us to the room. Eda didn’t provide our receipt for the 6 hrs time extension payment, as he promised.

"Everything was good except for food options. Not much to choose from their dinner menu. Far away from town proper, which didn't have much dining establishment either. The room was big and clean. The pool was nice and big. I would recommend overall."
