"The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Especially, they sent welcome letter from WhatsApp, very responsive staff if you have any questions and tour arrangement. The only issue, the property is on unpaved road with deep sands, you need 4x4 or AWD vehicle or you will sink in the sand..my car got stuck in sand, made effort to pull out."

Surprisingly, most people did not speak Spanish either, so Matteus was especially important (and patient) at all hours for our needs. The hotel is very basic, as are all of the in-town options. "The location of the hotel is excellent, close to restaurants and transportation. 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the city. The breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel provides good services such as trips to the lagoons and transfer to the airport which makes it very convenient. The only negative thing was the room. It is small and it had a window with no view we kept the window closed the whole time because all you can see is a wall."
