Staff was phenomenal. Room was perfectly clean. There were only 2 elevators for the entire hotel. That caused unnecessary delays. The hot water in the shower was never truly hot. Mostly like warm.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, the shower screamed at us, and the upstairs shower and toilet flushing was super loud. But, overall, everything went smooth, and the staff went above and beyond, even setting breakfast up early so my daughter could eat before her soccer game.
