"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel overall. The location is excellent, the amenities are top-notch, and the daily breakfast was fantastic. The room itself was also very well-kept and comfortable. However, there was one major quirk that future guests should be aware of: the bathroom did not have a door. While it didn't ruin the stay, it was quite an unusual design choice and could definitely be a privacy issue depending on who you are traveling with. Aside from that detail, it was a great stay."

Only one little problem entrance of the hotel is not very inviting and smells… actually all town of Lille is little stinky😉overall great hotel with wonderful rooms"

There was a weekend day when the cleaners did not clean the room adequately but the rest of the time the cleaning was adequate. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room unfortunately but the machine in the dining room was fine and the dining room itself was a nice space and available at all times."

"Wonderfully located hotel 8 minutes walk from Lille Europe station located in Lille Flanders square. Surrounded by cafes and in the edge of the Old Town. Excellent value for money and plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast . A joy to sit out on the terrace at breakfast with a view of the square and surrounding buildings. A shame we couture the terrace at other times."
