“The place was cleaned and the personnel was courteous. By my mistake, I thought it was a 10 minutes walk to city center, but we had to take the bus, which wasn’t bad but not what we had in mind. The room is too small. We didn’t use any of the facilities since we went for the “encierro” and enjoy in Casco Viejo.”

“The place was nice ,clean, modern, great location , i didn't like that there is no one on site to help. Its a totally automated system , there is a big problem with this situation and its that you can't leave your bags at the property because once you check out the access codes stop working so you can't access the property again. I think that every hotel should provide the option to store your luggage for a few hours, this system doesnt allow for that. I think I wouldn't stay here again just...

“Great and not. This is really up hill on an árbol, without power, dry toilet facility with an exceptional welcoming from Hotess Alicia, she’ll cook for you if requested totally recommend. It was hard to go up hill with a carryon but my meal “Cordero” with integral rice it was amazing, spending the night there was a lifetime experience. Then wake up to a relax breakfast she prepared for us! THANK YOU ALICIA from your Cuban guests ”
