“We spent 7 nights at Le Chalet and we would go back, it was a very nice stay, the apartment is spacious, the SPA is nice, only complain is that the swimming pool should be warmer! great hotel to explore Les 3 Vallees. ”

“I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!”

“This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. ”

“Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted...

I will be returning to this hotel for sure. 5* hotel and gave a 5* service. One area that could be better was the menu in the main restaurant. I suggest offering some classic dishes for dinner. “Spacious apartment. Lots of storage space. Slightly small living/dining area/kitchen when compared with the rest of the apartment. Needs good of snow cover to be truly ski in/ski out. With only the pistes covered it was a 5 minute walk. Some nice add-ons - pool table in reception and communal washing machines and dryer. ”

“This hotel was great, rooms a little small but on the whole it was a great choice fir our ski holiday, loved the ski in ski out. Locker room tight and lockers thin could fit our boots in but ok for skis and poles. ”
