The hotel is based on providing a wonderful spa experience. We didn't get a massage but used the sauna's, indoor [colder] pool, the outdoor [hotter] water pool with multiple water jets, and the lounge rooms and loved them all. “The GuestHouse was a unique and wonderful place. We had small kitchen/dining area and a lovely bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there was a place to make breakfast and coffee. There is a nice bakery across the street, too. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de l’Ecluse. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Neuchâtel, especially the lakefront, the Collegiate Church, and the castle area, all within easy walking distance. A couple of maintenance issues could use attention — the toilet seat in our room was loose and the shower drain cover kept coming off during use. The room was also quite warm at night.
