"Clean interior/bedrooms but not enough tea & coffee supplies, eg milk for the nights. Also no face or hand wash towels provided in this hotel, which is strange! Big inconvenience was that, the lift was out of order the weekend we were there."

"Loved the fact the hotel room was spacious and air conditioned. It was a real relief to go back to a nice cool room for some well deserved rest after Disneyland in a heatwave! Room itself is fine, as described, with fridge and some equipment for serving a light meal. No tea towels though so bring your own, or can request extra towel from reception. My wallet got stolen on the train, but the receptionist on duty at 11:30pm was not very knowledgeable or in any way inclined to help apart from issuing a new key card, so I spent 2 hours trying to file a French police report with google translate, when I could have gone to the train station ticket office to report it, which would have been much quicker. The host is the source of local knowledge for travellers, and this attitude contravenes expectations, hence I did not give higher rating."

"Arrived at 2pm for check-in and was told our rooms weren't ready. Reception tried calling housekeeping and claimed they were unavailable, despite the entire team being visibly gathered in the bar area a short distance away celebrating a birthday. Not a great look when guests are waiting during the check-in period. 10 minutes later both rooms were suddenly ready. Unfortunately, the problems continued. We booked two rooms and neither had working air conditioning despite outside temperatures reaching 32°C. The rooms were around 26°C, humid and uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. When I raised this with reception at 2am, they seemed surprised despite multiple recent reviews mentioning the same issue. After a poor night's sleep, we were moved to different rooms the next morning where the air conditioning worked, although it still wasn't particularly cold. I was offered complimentary breakfast as compensation, but this hardly made up for paying for rooms that lacked a basic advertised amenity. The rooms appear recently renovated but are very small, poorly lit and have a noticeable musty smell. Overall, the hotel feels much closer to a budget motel than a 3-star property. Breakfast at around €16 per person is poor value. Coffee comes from a syrup-based machine, the hot food selection is limited and appeared to have been sitting out for some time, and there are only a few pastries, cold meats and yoghurts available. You're far better off finding a local café."

"Hotel is well maintained, great if you are with kids as it has a playground where kids can play while you enjoy a drink in the outside bar. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which conveniently was open while we were there given the unprecedented heatwave. Staff is very nice and helpful The hotel is a bit out of the way so make sure you book breakfast with them as you don't have any other options nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is slightly overpriced but given the lack of alternatives, a decent dinner option"

"So this was booked at very last minute and you kind of get what you pay for. It was cheap and it was ok. If the hotel read this, then my biggest gripe was looking out of the window of our room at the glass roof at eyeline with our room and there being thousands and thousands of discarded cigarette butts. To others reading this, I’m sure there are better areas to stay. There was a feeling of probably best to stay in your room after dark rather than venture out."

"The Room was recently refurbished it looked like new was basic but was a perfect base for our family of 5 really clean rooms , breakfast was nice. I would definitely come back again. The train station to Paris and Disney is just down the road. Negatives The shower is very small And no kettle in the room Over all really good though 👍"
