"We ended up having to stay longer on our trip due to car problems and once again the staff treated us great and accommodated to us. Hands down again to Tom for always greeting us with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel anytime in omaha "

"The proprietor was friendly and made a special effort to give us a room that was easy to access. The room was very well kept, and immaculately clean. You can tell that things were replaced as soon as necessary, and not wholly renovated, so there is some hodgepodge to the decor, but everything is clean and new. The full fridge came in handy, and there is plenty of room. They make special effort to think of extra touches. We were really impressed. What a great value! "

Nice stay, need more front desk presence

"Overall excellent. The staff was friendly. The only minor issue was that there frequently was no one manning the front desk. You often had to wait several minutes for someone to appear. One time, we were in a bit of a hurry and needed to buy 2 items from the store on our way out. Finally, a member of the breakfast kitchen staff wrote down our room number and the 2 items so that the front desk could ring them up when they came back to the front desk."

Definitely worth and family friendly

"The place was amazing. It was very clean and the staff was so friendly. We’ve stayed at a lot of places for long trips and this was definitely top tier service. The pool was nice and semi-warm. The kids loved learning to swim in it. Hot tub was so relaxing. Our son is autistic and loves to play with water so he was rather loud with his excitement and they were so nice about it. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. The only thing we wish it has was a detachable shower head. Besides that small thing we loved this place and will definitely be back and use home2 wherever we can. "
