"It was a great pleasure to stay at this location. The room was clean all within . The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area to help with any questions. The outside area was well kept and very relaxing. I did like the fact the no one was aplowed to enter the hotel passed the concierge desk without an arm band. The gym provided a good amount of exercise equipment . I was even more pleased with the staff cleaning the pool on a daily basis. The buffett restaurant had a lot of options for all meal times. Truly look forward to returning."

"Had the best time. Good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything in Christiansted. The Harbor Prime had the absolute best drinks and most accommodating staff. Bartenders are on 100! We had a beautiful view of the Harbor and enjoyed the free water taxi to enjoy the beach at Hotel on the Cay. Will definitely come back again"

"Most of the staff was rude, amenities that were included online was not provided most if the staff not all was rude Leah at the front counter was very nice and helpful also the room had roaches at least the room that was assigned to me I would not stay here again"

"The pool was nice and the bed was firm and good for my back. The staff was great.
The hotel needs thousands of dollars of repairs, almost everywhere you look things are broken or in disrepair. The restaurant is no longer open either.
The airport is an easy walk if you don't have much luggage."
