Absolutely disgusting experience. The room was filthy, the bed was soiled, and the pillows smelled like vomit. Kimany was horrible and completely unhelpful while I struggled to get assistance, with my 6-year-old son falling asleep on the lobby couch.

“My stay at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort was disappointing for an all-inclusive property. Amenities were limited, especially the liquor selection, with no upgrade options. The room was also uncomfortable, with an uneven bed and intermittent air conditioning.
Onika at the front desk was a standout—very helpful, accommodating, and genuinely tried to resolve our concerns. She is a great asset to the hotel.

“The views were beautiful and walking distance to town. The room was clean but our room was unfinished. For example, windows with no curtains and a slider that only had a partial curtain and didn’t fully close. The neighbors got a show every night (and not by choice) Also our water was cut off -twice- but they quickly fixed it. The pool area was hit or miss with too many day-passers drowning the vibe.
