Lesser Antilles, Caribbean hotel rooms at the Sandals Resorts

"Check in staff was not pleasant and we had to wait almost half an hour longer than we were told for our room to be ready. Check in is at 4pm and we didnt get our room until 430. Room had a beautiful view and was pretty clean. Blackouts did not effect the power as they have an onsite generator. Our refrigerator worked most of the time and AC was amazing. The shower had a vroken handle that maintenance was unable to fix. Not a big deal really. It was not close to any beaches, but close to airport and downtown area. I would recommend a car if you choose this hotel due to taxi price and locality of beaches. The restaurant on site is okay, nothing special. Pool and hot tub are okay as well."

From the moment we landed, everything felt seamless—the shuttle was waiting within minutes at the airport, which instantly set the tone for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. What truly made this trip special was the exceptional service. The entire staff made us feel right at home from day one. Special shoutout to Devin (shuttle), Amina and Trinity (front desk), Carlos (bell hop), Mariame and Kennesha (pool waitresses), Omar (pool server), Maarten (pool bartender), McKenley (restaurant server), and Ash (Guy Ash)—every single one of them was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The front desk team was especially helpful with recommendations, which made exploring the island even better. The pool area was a highlight—the bar was lively, the drinks were great, and the poolside service was consistently excellent. The food at the restaurant was also surprisingly amazing and exceeded expectations. While I enjoyed my stay, a few areas fell short. The gym was quite small, and the public restrooms could have been better maintained and stocked. For the price point, I expected more amenities typical of a luxury resort. Overall, I’d rate the facilities closer to a 3.5–4 star experience. That said, what the resort may lack in amenities, it more than makes up for in top-tier customer service. The warmth and hospitality of the staff truly elevated the entire experience. I would absolutely return!"
