friendly staff, eco-friendly hotel

Thank you for Aerin and katerini for their nice hospitality and guidance, The room was clean and well-maintained. It's not within walking distance of the center of Mitilis, but if you have a car or rent one, it's an ideal distance. It's a peaceful and quiet spot nestled among olive trees. I enjoyed my visit and highly recommend it. Thank you. We hope to see you again.

Excellent Value for Money

Basic but pleasant room with a balcony overlooking the bay. The apartments are set in an attractive garden with olive groves surrounding it.

Beautiful balcony view from bedrooms! Shower tends 2 overflow and not all rooms are equipped with a kettle! Aside from that, the hostess was very helpful!

Location is terrible; there's nothing to do or see around unless you have a car. Shower head was broken but staff told me there was nothing they could do and that I could still take a shower using one hand. They tell you there'S a beach in walking distance, but it's just a rocky sea side where boats are parked.

Soooo bad

We checked in l for one night and we saw that they are renovating the place. There are working people all over and we asked about our room and the noise. They were building a new sun roof below our balcony. The owner said only today they were working and we would have some discomfort regarding the noise. We have been exhausted from our trip and wanted to relax, but we could not because of the noise. The next day they started working again at 8 AM with all the power tools and hammers you could possibly find on the island. Besides that, the pool is empty and we cant use it. It says there is a beach near by, but you cant lie down. The shower in de room is so outdated and tiny. You can’t even hang the showerhead to the wall, you will have to hold it the enitre time. There is no shower cabin, only a shower curtain, which resulted in the bathroom overflowing with water. We acutally booked this hotel, because our previous hotel was horrible. We came here for a relaxing holiday and we are so sad to have expierienced this. If we knew that they were renovating the hotel and the pool was empty we would never have booked this hotel en we would have chosen a different hotel. We tried to reach out to the owner for a refund and they won’t even pick up their phone to answer.
