Thanks for your feedback and I am sorry to have rad that your score is lower directly related to the pool area. Please be aware that we are currently and have on going solutions related to our pool floor. Our hotel identified issues with our previous flooring and had the contractor return to address the issues we identified. The contractor returned and repaired our entire pool floor area once again this past spring. We have once again identified areas of concern and are currently sourcing solutions and the use of the wet floor signs are required by our OHS committee chair to ensure guests are aware of the hazard. Immediate use of grip tape over the past few months has proven difficult. Our new flooring rep will be on site today to offer alternate solutions to ensure our guests can enjoy our pool safely. I have not taken any ill will from your review, but please understand that we continue on a daily basis to address areas of concern whether identified by a guest or through our own internal processes.We do hope you will come back and stay with us again in the very near future.
