Tucked away in the serene, green hills of Levanto next to a peaceful stream, this hotel is a tranquil oasis that perfectly balances natural beauty with modern comfort. If you are looking to explore the Cinque Terre but want to escape the heavy tourist crowds at the end of the day, this is the ultimate place to stay. The Hospitality The service here goes far beyond standard hotel hospitality. The owners and staff treat you like family from day one. They are profoundly warm, attentive, and helpful, offering incredible local advice, maps, and transit tips to make navigating the region seamless. Whether helping with heavy luggage or ensuring every detail of your stay is perfect, their genuine kindness left a lasting impression. The Accommodations & Grounds Our room was spotless, spacious, and styled with a beautiful, contemporary aesthetic. It featured excellent air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, and a private entrance that made it feel like our own quiet villa. The surrounding grounds are meticulously landscaped, featuring a lush garden adds to the relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. The Culinary Experience The food alone is worth booking a stay. Every morning starts with a fabulous, picture-perfect breakfast buffet filled with fresh pastries, local meats, cheeses, and the restaurant were all Excellent."

"We stayed in room 3, which did not have a proper door. It was more like a sliding door with tainted windows, so sound and light travelled a lot from the hallway. One night other people that were staying at the Vernazza Apartments came in around 2 am and were pretty loud, even knocking on our door and wanting to open our apartment! The apartment was clean, however we only had one roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. There were no refills as there is no human being to contact with, only a What's App chat bot. Lots of steep steps to go up so keep that in mind. I would probably try to get another apartment that has views of the ocean if I return to Vernazza."

"Very nice location, close to town and a short taxi to the train station. Parking was a problem, but we eventually found a spot. The perfect place to stay if you plan to have an all day adventure in Cinque Terre. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was convenient and nice! We had a nice view of the water, although smaller than was advertised."

"L'emplacement est magnifique, loin des regards, une vue exceptionnelle. Les déjeuners "maison" sont de bonnes qualité. Les seuls "hic" sont la distance avec le village de Vernazza et l'accès. Le transport en commun de soir est à 19:00, donc pas de marge de manoeuvre. L'hôtel devrait donner plus de détails sur le transport et l'accès. Sentier pédestre assez difficile pour accéder au village, mais vue imprenable. Chambre petite. Les proprios sont très gentils et serviables. Belle expérience."

"A nice and clean place to stay short term. Breakfast is in the room, so don't expect eggs0. Rooms are poorly soundproofed. We had a basic room, but the place also has appartements with kitchen and balcony. Location is great to catch the train in Levanto to reach Cinque de Terre. Parking nearby was available for free."

"Nous avons adoré notre chambre vue sur la mer. le Happy Hour est génial. Le seul bémol est l'accès à l'hôtel qui est dans les hauteurs et difficile de se rendre à pied avec nos valises. Mais il y a un shuffle pour nous rendre. Ce n'est pas inscrit sur leur site. Vous devez l'inscrire svp car on l'aurait pris ce shuffle, Et attention, il n'y a pas de resto sur place sauf pour le déjeuner qui est excellent. Alors pour aller au restos, vous avez à marcher et surtout descendre au centre ville."
