โThe only issue I had with the hotel was arriving early and asking if my room was ready.
They advised no rooms were available then when I pushed back they advised I can get an early check in for $20 - which meant there were rooms.
I paid $20 to get into the room 1 hour earlier to get ready for a concert even though I had 2 rooms booked. When I advised I was Gold with Expedia they advised this was their policy.

โVery good hotel, we stay here every time we come to Edmonton, very clean and they have a quiet time set so itโs not loud at night. Breakfast is good as well. โ
โThey have the latest pancake machine, you don't do anything but press a button and wait one minute for 2 hot fluffy and light pancakes to fall out and the best tasting too. Very comfortable breakfast area. They have tea and coffee available anytime. If ever you ask for anything they are really great at responding rapidly. I had a great time with my family and would choose this hotel again. I highly recommend this place and it is literally 2 minutes drive to West Edmonton Mall...and so many...
โOur favourite hotel.
We came a few hours early from the road but because i had a horribel migraine they found us a different room on the first floor. A little smaller than what we booked but the timing was very needed and appreciated.
We think they actually rushed the room for us because the cleaner did miss a couple of areas but we were so releived to be off the road that it wasnt a big deal for us to wipe a couple of things down.
Still a very loved spot for us.

โCheck in/out was easy breakfast was nice a touch and for free lol room was good and clean also found out that that fire alarm systems work good at 3:30 am lol overall great experience โ
โThe staff were really friendly--the nicest. Only downside is that the hotel is pet friendly, which is great, but there's not really anywhere safe or clean to walk your pet. Lots of rocky "garden" areas with quite large and sharp rocks, lots of cigarette butts, etc.โ
