"We showed up to check in and was told that the elevator broke down so everybody was on the first and second floor then about an hour after check-in the fire alarms went off in the building and we had to evacuate because someone put toast in the toaster and the toaster caught on fire so the whole downstairs area where we were on floor one smelled of burnt toast all night. It had been a worker that caused the toaster because the breakfast area was closed off to everyone else. There was never an apology to anyone or asking if anyone needed anything or if we were OK. The two workers that I saw there were outside. I never saw anyone check on the people that were staying there or make sure that everyone that was staying there was out of the building."

"I arrived at 1 pm. I called great wolf a few days before and they new we would arrive early. I was supposed to get a text when my room was ready. Everyone that checked in at 1 pm, got there room before us. The check in time is 4pm. I had to go to the desk at 440pm to ask when my room would be ready and suddenly it was ready. I was tired and wanted to change. My kids wanted to go and eat. When we finally arrived into our room. My son was showering the only light flickered off, it scared him and he screamed. My daughter had to use the light of my cell phone to shower but in the middle the light came back on. The bathroom is pitch dark without a light. My son could not see and slipped coming out of the tub, trying to get out. All can say was the staff was nice. I am not sure I will be back."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The property appeared old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets looked dirty, and there was a chair in the room covered in stains that I did not feel comfortable placing my belongings near. Upon arrival, the staff could not locate my reservation and blamed Expedia for the issue. As a result, I had to wait over an hour for the situation to be resolved. This was especially frustrating because I was traveling with my elderly mother and we were left waiting until approximately 2:30 a.m. before the reservation was finally sorted out. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the room, and poor handling of the reservation issue made for a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this property."
