"Great location for going to the LDLC arena for concerts and fairly straight forward to get to from Lyon Saint Exubery airport. Check in was alittle scary as the machine would not recognise my booking but got sorted thanks to the helpline that is situated next to the tablet check in outside. Lovely room, cool working AC and shower. Great space and comfortable. "

It was offered online with a whirpool wich wasn't available. No compensation for that.The water option was the main reason why we booked the place. "Not possible to find !!!Google maps address is 3KM from the actual hotel. I booked aircon and got confirmation. Room had 38 degrees No air con !! No window.!!! I've been Business travelling over 25 years and seen some Hotels... this was by far the worst. "
