“Our favorite place to stay in the Tacloban area. The staff is always wonderful and the restaurant downstairs is great. If you don’t want to be in the city, this is the perfect place. ”

“친절은 합니다. 냉장고 없음. 수건도 1개만 줍니다. 추가로 요청하면 줌. 물도 없음. 주차 공간도 10대 미만임. 우리나라 여관 수준임. wi-fi 속도가 엄청느림 . 전기도 220v 이나 구형 110v 코드가 필요함.”

“Breakfast is nice especially when its prepared especially at the price point its uard to beat, people are friendly and respectful. Plenty of room. Would recommend to fellow travelers.”

“No elevators if that is important to you. Super hot water for showers. AWESOME! Slight urine smell in the hallway near Rm 305. Free breakfast but everything is service cold. Eggs, rice, meat, noodles, everything is cold. We will stay again but if these things are important to you thae maybe look elsewhere. The”

“Vel was the best, was just a quick last minute stop over. But the property manager was amazing. Even drove us then picked us up after a nice restaurant dinner at a fantastic place you would never know without her recommendation.”

“Love close to downtown and hot water. Bad thing this time I seen bugs in the room.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff and the place was also nice other than some ants. Room listings were misleading...suite listed without a room to match...house listed with free breakfast and not provided. Much construction work caused for loud environment during daytime and many cats and dogs making much noise early morning and night. Connected to the owners place where they had access to enter our side of the building where some food items came up missing in the night and lights were turned on....

“The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.”
