The staff was attentive and polite. Genuinely the best hotel experience I have ever had and it is by far the best rooms best food and friendliest staff in Bay Bay City. A great breakfast a wonderful atmosphere When I come back to Bay Bay I will 100% be staying here no questions.

Room was clean but mostly the staff were great and attentive. things like morning buffets it does not have, but it does provide a decent breakfast included with your room. You will have to go out to get other food for dinner and lunch but there is a tone of food establishments everywhere close by. It would be nice to have a restaurant on the floor so you didn’t have to leave but really, it’s not a break it for me again cause there is so much food around

While we were there this time the Hotel celebrated 2 years being opened. I've stayed here 10 or so times in the last 2 years. The people are always responsive, the place is so clean and quiet, and I've never had an issue with anything. Fantastic place and I wish them another 50 years.

The room is spacious and Mountain view window that was very nice. The only thing is that the hot water isn’t warm enough. The staff are very nice. Location of the hotel is okay. Transportation and parking is convenient. Overall our 16 days of staying in this hotel was great!😊

The staff were great and the rooms were clean. The staff went out of their way to help with issues. The down side was we constantly had issues with the hot water and the water pressure in the shower. Towards the end of my stay we also had an issue with the A/C not working properly and leaking water down the wall. Other then that the location and the availability of transportation right outside was a big up side for us.

Best Hotel in Baybay!

Very clean and top rated customer service with well maintained facilities. Bed was nice and comfy. Very central to everywhere and just beside a grocery shop.
